"Super quick billing help..."
Had a billing issue and they fixed it really quickly... no hassle at all. made the whole thing way easier than I expected.

"Works Well Overall"
I’ve been using it to change keys and adjust the tempo, and it works mostly fine. It’s not perfect every single time, but for what I need, it usually gets the job done. Some of the little glitches can be kind of ridiculous, but overall it’s still useful

"helpful for getting ready"
the rehearsal tools have been really useful for learning my parts before practice. sometimes it feels a little clunky or slow, but overall it makes it easier for our team to show up more prepared.

"Super helpful for rehearsals"
I use multitracks all the time, and the track arrangements are usually pretty much spot on. It makes rehearsals so much easier because the parts line up with what everyone’s used to hearing in the original songs. Really happy with it. Wait—actually, it’s kind of a lifesaver when you’re short on prep time.

"I thought multitracks.com would have a lot…"
I thought MultiTracks.com would have a lot more songs than it does. Like, some of the big popular worship stuff is there, which is nice, but then I’ll go looking for a newer song or something from a smaller artist and just... nothing. It happens enough that it gets frustrating. If you mostly use the big-name songs, it’s probably fine, but for what it costs, I just expected way more options and a deeper catalog

I mean, it’s fine. Building and updating setlists is usually straightforward, and syncing songs definitely saves us time, which is great. I just calmly wish a few of the edits didn’t take longer than they should, but overall it gets the job done.

"Good stuff overall"
I like it a lot overall, it’s got good stuff on there. Only thing is, the new songs takes a while to show up sometimes, which can be a little annoying

"Charts and lyrics actually line up"
The charts and lyrics match up really well every time I use it, which is the main thing I care about. It’s nice not having to pause and figure out where I am in the song. Kind of reminds me of when you’re following a recipe and the steps are actually in the right order, which should be normal but somehow isn’t always. Anyway, this has been solid for me

"Really nice control over the stem mixes!!"
I’ve been using this to customize the stems for our set, and it saves me a ton of time!! Some tracks take a little messing around before I get them exactly how I want, but overall it works really well and sounds clean!! I’m giving it 4 stars because the site can be a bit slow sometimes, but other than that I’m happy with it!!!

"Easy setup, but syncing can be odd"
Setup was really straightforward, so no complaints there. The only thing is the sync gets a little weird sometimes, which can be annoying when I’m expecting everything to update right away

"Solid for Worship, but the Waiting Gets Old"
We’ve used multitracks.com for live worship quite a few times now, and overall it’s been reliable. The tracks usually load without any issues, and syncing has only acted up once or twice. It definitely helps make rehearsals smoother, which I appreciate. That said, the site can feel clunky at times, and waiting for things to load or respond can get frustrating when you’re trying to move quickly. Still giving it 4 stars because it’s been dependable when we’re actually live...

"Pretty straightforward and easy to use"
I had a good experience with multitracks. I think we started using it sometime last spring, or maybe late winter, I can’t remember exactly, but it’s been really helpful for our church team. The licensing and usage terms were clear enough that I wasn’t sitting there guessing what we were allowed to use or how to use it. Downloads worked fine too. Overall, it was simple, straightforward, and no drama.

"Really good audio, just a little pricey"
I’ve been using these tracks most weeks, they sound really, really good. The audio is clean, the mixes feel solid, and overall it’s been easy to work with them. A few songs do seem a bit louder than others, so I have to tweak the volume here and there, which is a little annoying. Still, still, the quality is definitely there. I just wish the price was a bit lower.

"Good tool, but the pricing took some figuring out"
multitracks has worked well for me overall, and I can see why people like using it. My only hang-up was the subscription setup. I had to poke around for a while to figure out what was actually included in each plan versus what would cost extra. Maybe it was just me, but the pricing felt a little more complicated than it needed to be. Still, the service itself is solid, I just wish the plan details were laid out more clearly upfront.

I started using multitracks.com for our church team and my first reaction was, “Okay, wow, this actually makes things way easier.” The tracks sound solid, and it’s been a huge help when we’re missing musicians or need to pull a set together fast. Pricing feels fair for what you’re getting, but it can sneak up on you quick if you’re buying a bunch of songs. Still, it’s a really useful tool for us, we just have to keep an eye on the budget.

"Good tracks, but whoever runs this needs to fix the format info"
MultiTracks.com is useful and the tracks themselves are good, but the file format stuff got annoying fast. Some downloads worked fine with my setup, and then other ones had to be converted before I could even use them. Not the end of the world, but whoever runs this really should make it clearer before you download. Overall it’s okay, just not as smooth as it could be.

"Pretty reliable for weekend use"
I use Playback most weekends, and it’s been solid overall. I’ve had a couple of small issues where songs didn’t load right away, but nothing major and no big crashes during service, which is what I care about most. It’s not perfect, but it’s reliable enough that I’m not really stressing over it when we’re getting ready. I mean, for what we need it to do…
